In the most difficult of market conditions, Belinda successfully negotiated a purchase and sale agreement at a very good price and unfortunately, worked unsuccessfully toward a closing due to buyer cancellation. The Condo on North Hutchinson Island was our vacation home and one that my wife and I enjoyed over the years and a home that we made a sizable investment. So once we did decide to put it on the market, I did my homework and spent time researching Real Estate Agents. I own several companies and I’m used to giving superior customer service to my customers… Most times I am quite disappointed when I am the customer trying to purchase a car, furniture and especially real estate.
